For the protection of all personal information FreshVoice has a very strict management policy. In this way we are able safeguard your information and ensure user's privacy is not breached.

[ Information Collection ]

We may ask you to provide some personal information for registering as a FreshVoice user. This information will not be used for any other purpose nor will it be made available to any other party.

[Information Management ]

All information collected in the FreshVoice Community will be used for community purposes only and will not be published or made available to a third party.

[Use of Information]

Only with the permission of a user will any personal information be passed to a commercial user. No personal information will be published in any form or supplied to a third party . Users will note that this excludes contact information that is disclosed when a user chooses to contact a commercial client directly.

[Supply of Information]

The FreshVoice Community management may supply members with information obtained from commercial organizations about their goods or services, if they are thought to be of benefit to members. Commerical clients will not be given member information that would enable them to contact members directly, excepting where users have requested it. .At any time members can ask not to have this information sent to them. This does not prevent a commercial client from sending information to community members who publish their email addresses or to members who contact clients directly.

[Changes To Personal Information ]

If a user wishes to change or correct any personal information please contact the Community Management.

[System Improvements ]

When the FreshVoice Community management decides to make changes to the management structure, FreshVoice user will adopt the changes and abide by them in a co-operative manner.

[ Limitation of liability ]

FreshVoice Community will not accept liability for any damage, Incidental or otherwise,to users resources or information arising out of the user's use of FreshVoice.
