The Online-World FreshVoice Community is a joint venture between the Online-World.com global billboard directory, http://www.online-world.com and Advanced Network Systems Company Ltd of Japan (ANet). Its mission is to promote new friendships and items of common interest among internet users, throughout the on-line world. It is designed to provide low cost, but high quality communications between individual internet users for personal use and advanced systems for corporate commercial clients. This License covers the use of the software in the Fresh Voice Community under the Online-World.com management and in all commercial applications promoted by Online-World.com. The core software is the property of ANet. It is protected by copyright law and all rights are strictly reserved. The User Software Agreement is made between the user and ANet. The Software includes all database software, manuals, all media materials, printed materials and computer documents. Any other goods or information in your possession that have originated from ANet, will also be covered by the conditions and restrictions of this agreement. If you have received this software by any other means, the restrictions and conditions of this agreement still apply. If you do not accept the conditions and restrictions of this agreement, do not use this software and services. In that event you should delete this software and any other information relating to it from your computer.

2. The user is prohibited from the following:

• Changing the function or code of this software.
• From using any of this software as part of any other software system.
• Duplicating (except as a back up), publishing or sending to other persons.
• From sending a copy of this software via the internet to any destination.
• Infringe upon the software copyright or dispute the claim of ownership by ANet.
• Allowing any third party from recording any information concerning this software.
• From supplying any information about this software to the news media.
• From making of an appraisal of this software for any other party, other than ANet.
• Using this software for business or commercial use,exccpting as permitted by a Commercial Use Licence.
• From allowing a third party to publish contents, such as text, image, voice or video arising from the use of thie software.

3. Restrictions to guarantees

• ANet does not guarantee that your use of this software infringe the right of any third party or that there is no defect in the software.
• ANet will not accept responsibility for any difficulty experienced due to lack of users' skills in the use of this software.
• ANet will not accept any responsibility for any damage or harm or cost to the user from the use of this software or harm to the users computer or users files.

4. Termination

• If the user wishes to discontinue the use of this software please delete the program and all information relating to the software. The License then no longer applies.
• In the event that any condition of this License Agreement is breached, ANet reserves the right to immediately terminate this agreement. The user must delete and destroy all information relating to the software.

5. Cancellation

• ANet may cancel this agreement at any time without notic.

6. Miscellaneous

• This software and software copyrights are based in Japan. This agreement is subject to the laws of Japan.
• Any disputes arising from this agreement must first be filed in Tokyo under the laws of Japan.
